My name is Irma Arias, and I specialize in helping buyers and sellers buy, sell, or invest in Real Estate in Southern California. Wherever my client needs me, I’m there.
I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2014. With my background in marketing, sales, administration, and education, I can utilize all of my skills and experience in helping clients buy and sell their homes. Further, I was awarded 2nd Place Top Sales Volume and 4th Place Gross Commission in my office in 2019. This is due to constantly putting my client’s priorities first before mine.
My clients are delighted with my services and always send me referrals. I enjoy when my client’s dreams come true by buying the house they love and when my sellers are satisfied with the sale of their homes.

A bit of Irma Arias
I was born in Jalisco, Mexico, and grew up in the city of Michoacan. My parents were also born in Jalisco in a tiny town, and they had a strong work ethic. They brought me to the US when I was 12 years old to provide a better future for the family.
After seeing how hard my parents worked, I realized I wanted to work as hard with the community by fulfilling dreams of homeownership. I committed to bringing the work ethic my parents instilled in me to provide the best possible service for my clients. I have three boys that mean the world to me, and I now live in West Covina, CA, with my husband.
